Travel Support Executive

Responsibilities

  • To ensure timely processing of Invoices and Credit notes.
  • Manage BSP & Vendor reconciliation, payments and refunds
  • Responsible for smooth working of Mid Back Office System (Protas) system
  • Handle invoicing/billing queries from customers.
  • Assist in onboarding of new clients/vessels.
  • Work with colleagues across all business units to ensure consistency in process and procedures, whilst sharing best practice.
  • Positively advocate for travel division as in when required.
  • Any other related duties as delegated within the scope and level of the post.

Education and Qualification

  • Graduate of any College Degree
  • Able to use Amadeus or equivalent software
  • Working knowledge of travel Mid Back office system.
  • Thorough knowledge of BSP payment and refunds.
  • Experience in processing invoices/refunds for a travel company.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
