Performance Management

  • Identify key positions in the organization and select high potential employees who may be developed for these roles
  • Come up with developmental programs for high potentials and employees in managerial positions so as to better align them directly to achieving business level goals

Employee Management

  • Be involved in on-boarding and off-boarding planning and execution
  • Provide advice and counseling to employee on employee-related issues
  • Provide HR advice and support in disciplinary issues

Employee Engagement

  • Deploy and manage new HR initiatives to drive employee motivation, diversity, and positive work environment
  • Deploy Employee communications strategies and mechanisms

Compensation & Benefits Policies & Support

  • Review and ensure policies are up-to-date and documented into communication toolkits / platforms to be communicated to employees
  • Support in salary and equity recommendations for ground positions. Design and implement employee benefits schemes to ensure that programs are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirements
  • Implement programs to increase awareness and health and wellness programs

HR Policies and HRIS System

  • Assist in the review, update and drafting of the Company’s policies, procedures and processes and Employee handbook
  • Drive HRIS implementation and automation to improve work efficiency
  • Provide HR information and analysis for management review and analytical purposes such as headcount reports, salary surveys, internal surveys etc

Education and Qualification

  • Diploma or Degree in Business with major in HRM or equivalent
  • 2 – 4 years of direct experience in HR or related field
  • Strong in the Employment Laws in Singapore
  • Analytical and methodical in approach
  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel at intermediate level
