Responsibilities

Designing technical architecture, roadmaps, and delivery of conceptual/logical/physical data models for business stakeholders across different departments.
Manage vendors implementing Enterprise Data Platforms in Azure
Assemble large, complex data sets for data analytics to support analytics initiatives
Implementing Data Governance Framework (Policies, Standards, and Roles). This includes driving Data governance initiatives over the design and implementation of data analytics projects
Examine and identify database structural necessities by evaluating operations, applications, and programming.
Research and evaluate alternative solutions and recommend the most efficient and cost-effective data-related solutions for improved data integrity.
Oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to new solutions.
Lead and implement database performance monitoring and improvement capabilities.
Review and Approve project designs such as data models, data flow, tools, system architecture and etc to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
Analyse current business processes, identifying and translating data requirements into business improvement through data analytics. This includes developing technical solutions in areas of the Data Warehouse platform to fulfill various business use cases.
Oversee the deployment of data to the data warehouse and continuously update and enhance it to keep up with changing business needs. Explore and include new data sources in DWH for analytics and data science.

Education and Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. 8 to 15 years experience in a senior data management role.
Experience with Relational databases and No SQL databases (SQLServer, ElasticSearch, MongoDB and etc)
Experience in the implementation of big data platforms and data warehouse projects.
Strong with data modeling, data warehousing, and data lake
Well-experienced in solution design, and architecture of conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
Hands-on experience in SQL scripting, data analysis, data integration, and data management tools.
End-to-end data warehousing program execution knowledge and leadership.
Knowledge of operational data store, data warehouse, transactional data store, and data modeling products/techniques
