Business Systems Analyst- IT (HR System)

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Business System Analyst to play a critical role in the implementation of new systems, enhancements & supporting various business stakeholders, particularly in Human Resource processes.

  • Lead or participate in business process analysis, solution design, application design and configuration, system integration, and documentation of functional system requirements;
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to translate business needs into solution requirements, initial design concepts, rational business and functional requirements and specifications for solutions;
  • Ensure data preparation for migration by business users are done per requirements and quality
  • Provide end-to-end project management competency to support the HR system projects implementation;
  • Lead project implementation end-to-end with working experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR systems;
  • Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Responsible for the support, maintenance, and project rollout of the new system;
  • Ensures project and system documentation are complete, current, and stored appropriately;
  • Ensure enhancements are implemented and documented as per corporate standards and guidelines.
  • Drive enhancements and new initiatives of HR system;
  • Other duties as deemed necessary for the job

Education and Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • Has around 4 – 8 years of business analysis and/or project implementation experience.
  • Good understanding of Human Resource Management processes and systems;
  • Has working hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365 HR system and exposure to other modules in MS Dynamics 365 suite.
  • Good stakeholder management experience with Human Resource and IT team;
  • Strong vendor management skills
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, impact analysis, functional testing and documentation;
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
  • Strong communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
  • Strong sense of drive and commitment to deliver on responsibilities
  • Strong team player working in agile environments and works well across different functions
  • Experience in the Maritime industry will be an added advantage
